The First Elimination. The winner has already been decided, but every restaurant is fighting to avoid elimination. Those who didn't pass during the lunch service push on into dinner service, with several teams overhauling their strategies along the way. One restaurant rolls out a brand-new menu, while another bets on combo sets and price adjustments to drive up sales. Meanwhile, the bottom five restaurants that failed to crack the Top 15 face off under a whole new set of rules.
